I am a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) and my goal is to help you better understand what you’re experiencing and why, and teaching you the most realistic way to balance it all.
My clients aren't a one-size fits all, so I use a variety of approaches to cater to your needs. We'll start with a baseline of your history as a human, who's in your life now, what your life was like growing up, and build from there. I use aspects of psychodynamic, CBT, and narrative therapies, in addition to humor and focusing on the mind-body connection.
